FIFE COUNSELING AND COACHING

With the demands, distractions, travel, and other challenges that professional athletes face, some may question whether they can maintain healthy, successful relationships. I know this is possible! I provide specialized relationship coaching for professional athletes based on the research I’ve conducted as a professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and Texas Tech University (TTU). Drawing upon the results of this research, I work with professional athletes to help them build and maintain successful relationships in spite of the unique pressures that come with professional sports. Coaching sessions are confidential and personalized based your specific relationship needs and circumstances. I also provide coaching for athletes and couples facing retirement and potential challenges related to this life transition.
