8-Week Coaching Program
Let's just say it out loud...life can be tough for everyone. The uncertainty of our day combined with increased stress and anxiety can make it difficult for us to feel emotionally prepared to meet today's challenges, let alone ready to conquer the obstacles of the future.
After you complete this 8-week coaching program, you will feel stronger and more emotionally resilient. You will feel increased excitement about your present circumstances and better prepared to meet your future with hope and optimism. This program gives you have the tools you need to manage stress, prioritize healthy living, practice self-care, and be productive with your time and resources. You will also have improved communication and social skills that will be instrumental in helping build positive relationships with relatives, friends, and co-workers.
This "Emotional Resilience" course offers essential guidance and training to adults of all ages. The coaching program includes two mid-week text or email check-ins to ensure that you feel supported and encouraged throughout the coaching experience. The outline of the coaching program follows the topics listed below and is personalized to each participant. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length and are held online.
